How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks for boards, a month for tables and workshops. Weekends and holidays go first, so earlier is always better. If your date is close, ask anyway.
Is there a minimum guest count or spend?
No hard minimum. Every event is priced on guest count and menu. Small gatherings are often a better fit for the take-home boards in the shop.
How far do you travel?
Bergen and Passaic counties and neighboring North Jersey. Anything further is quoted with travel included.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes. A 25 percent deposit holds your date, and the balance is due the week of the event.
Can you handle allergies and dietary needs?
Tell us up front and we'll plan around them. Everything is built in one kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame and shellfish, so cross-contact is possible.
Do you provide the boards, platters and styling?
For tables and boards, yes. Serving pieces come with us and go home with us. Details are settled in the quote.
