How ordering, delivery, cancellations and events work.
Orders
Everything is made to order. Shop items are collected in Ridgewood during the window you choose at checkout. Monday Meals are delivered Monday night to the address you give us, within the zones we serve.
Cutoffs, changes and refunds
Monday Meals orders close at the weekly cutoff shown on the site, Saturday at noon. Cancel before cutoff for a full refund. After cutoff the food is being bought and prepped, so refunds aren't available, but we'll always try to work something out.
Allergens
Everything is made in one kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame and shellfish. Ingredients are listed on every item. If you have a serious allergy, email before ordering.
Events and catering
Quoted individually, on guest count and menu. A 25 percent deposit holds your date and the balance is due the week of the event. Cancel more than two weeks out and the deposit is refunded; inside two weeks it covers what has already been bought.
