Custom. Sized per guest, built and styled at your venue, with serving pieces we bring and take home. For showers, big birthdays, office parties, anything with a room full of people.

A take-home board
Made to order: small feeds 6 to 8 ($225), large feeds 10 to 12 ($275). Pick it up in Ridgewood and set it on your own table.

What's on it
- Cured meats, folded and rolled so they look like they cost more than they did
- Cheeses from soft to sharp, with something for the kids
- Fruit in season, olives, pickled things, honey, jam
- Crackers and bread, replenished as the night goes
- Extras to match the occasion: a candy corner, a veggie run, a dessert end
Allergies and dietary needs are planned in from the start. One kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame and shellfish, so cross-contact is possible.

Serving pieces go home with us. Leftovers stay with you.
Book a month ahead for tables. Bergen and Passaic counties and neighboring North Jersey; further out is quoted with travel.
