When does the menu drop, and when do I need to order by?
Menu drops Thursday 9am. Order by Saturday noon. Delivered Monday night.
What's the delivery window?
Monday, 5pm to 8pm. You'll get a text when we're on the way.
What if I'm not home?
We ring the bell, text you, and leave the bag at the door. If you'd like it left in a cooler on the porch, say so in delivery instructions at checkout.
Is there a delivery fee? Is delivery ever free?
$10 flat on smaller orders. Free on orders of $150 or more.
How do I reheat everything?
Every container has reheating instructions on the label, and every item on the site lists them too. Most things are oven or microwave; a few are eat-cold.
How long do meals keep in the fridge?
Most meals keep three to four days in the fridge. Each label has its own date.
Can I cancel? Do I get a refund?
Cancel before the order cutoff for a full refund. After cutoff the food is already being bought and prepped, so we can't refund, but we'll always try to work something out.
Can I make substitutions?
Small swaps (no onions, extra sauce) are usually fine. Ask in the order notes and we'll confirm by text.
What about allergies and cross-contamination?
Every meal is cooked in one kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, sesame and shellfish. Ingredients are listed on every item. If you have a serious allergy, please email before ordering.
Can I order for someone else, or send it as a gift?
Yes. Put their address at checkout and your note in delivery instructions. Gift cards work for Monday Meals too.
